Shipping Policy

Domestic Fulfillment & Shipping at INKTLE works with local fulfillment partners within the United States. All orders placed on our website are printed and shipped directly by our U.S.-based fulfillment partners. Because orders are fulfilled within the United States, customers are generally not subject to import duties or cross-border fees.
Order Processing (Production Time) All items are custom-made to order.
- Production Time: 2–5 business days.
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Production begins as soon as your order is placed and cannot be canceled once it has started.
Shipping Rates & Estimates
- Standard Shipping: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.
- Free Shipping: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $150.00 USD.
Transit Times (Within the USA) Once your order has been printed and quality-checked, it will be handed over to a domestic carrier (such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx).
- Estimated Delivery: 4–10 business days after dispatch.
- Total Estimated Time: 6–15 business days from order to doorstep.
Tracking Your Order As soon as your package ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery status.
Lost or Damaged Items If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors or your local post office first. If a package is lost in transit (no delivery scan), please contact us at info@inktle.com within 14 days of the estimated delivery date so we can assist you.
